These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada and the laws of Canada applicable therein without regard to its choice of law or conflicts of law principles. You agree that any dispute is to be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction in the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
This agreement is effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate this agreement at any time by discontinuing your use of Academy's site and destroying all materials obtained from it.
